I'm still missing some skills and some more descriptions.

Fire Ball- MP: 5- Reduces the rating of a designated element by 10, this move can not be avoided, blocked or cause retaliation damage in any way
Flame Shock - MP: 3- Reduces the rating of two elements by 6, also reduces this elements rating by 2
Flame dance- mp: ?- All future moves used by "heat" on the page deal double rating damage.

watt- mp: 0- select an element(excluding energy),that element shall gain 25 mp,along with energy.
circuit- mp: 7- all elements that have it's member's post(excluding Energy) in the same page that this spell has cast shall be reduced by 5x per member's post.
brilliance- mp: 0- all elements shall gain 15 mp
volt- mp: 45- reduce a designated element's rating by half(this skill can only be used if the target element has 4 or more members and can not be used more then once a day)

vampire bite- mp: 4- Reduces the rating of a designated element by 4,darkness gains 2 rating.
nightmare- mp: ?- copies the skill other elements.the copied skill must cost more than 2 mp.copied skills are treated as darkness' own skill.
invinsibility- mp: 15-
assainate- mp: ?-choose an element,if by the end of the day that the element chosen has not defended against this attack(posted to defend),that element has it's rating reduced to zero

prayer- mp: ?- select an element(excluding light),that element shall gain 10 rating,along with light.
god's wrath- mp: 10- Reduces the rating of a designated element by 6
meditation- mp: 0- increase light's mp by 10
revive- mp: 40- revive an element that has fallen down with half of it's maximum rating.that element gains Ally status and cannot use rating/mp reducing moves on light.if light is defeated the revived elements' rating are reduced to zero

I added what I remember, take note there were 5 moves for every element, lets keep adding are knowledge, quote this post with more of what you remember
