World Notice:

-Small changes have been made to elements "Air" and "Darkness"

-Players may now "request" to change elements by sending a PM, I will decide based on a few factors if the move is acceptable, if it is, you will be transferred

- I am setting a cap limit: An Element that reaches "10 players" may not gain more members until every and every other element has gain a total of "5 Players" or more, when that happens, the cap is removed and players can join freely again, Darkness may have 3 more players until the element is blocked

Yeaaa... sorry bout that, It's just that after reviewing it several times I realized that players taking darkness pretty much were joining an all powerful ability tree that I needed to crush down a bit

Hmmmm I would have to seriously doubt that, judging that your element has the most members right now
