Yeah, I tend to be hesitant to -rep people, they have to be really rude for that to happen, I think I've only -rep'ed one or two people the whole time I've been on here, don't remember what the circumstances were.
As for giving out +rep, I don't always mention it when I give +rep but always have some reason. Such as recently I have given Jacob and Nikon 1 +rep each because it seems like they've been doing a fair amount recently.
