Her stance is that of equal rights for everyone as it seems, not just rights for women like every other feminist wants... Which brings to light why it's called 'feminism' and not egalitarianism, considering feminism has always been about rights for women, never equal rights (as far as I'm aware)

Pay is not a right, in many cases it's a private contract. Removing the ability to make distinction between employees based on degrees, time of day worked, time in a company etc. etc. is removing the ability for men and women to make autonomous choices. Obviously workers rights and safety should be protected, but pay is a trickier business.

They (most feminist) don't want equal rights to men, they want more rights and better rights than men.
