if we as humans can only use partial percentage of our brains... then if we use more of that partial does that not mean our sub concious instincts shall become that more stronger and cause us to go into chaos?

That line about humans only using ten percent of our brains is a lie. It's just been spread so much and said so often that people believe that it's true.

Yep. In fact, people shouldn't even believe me when I say that it's bullshit. They should do some research themselves and know for sure that it's bullshit.

The only problem is how to do said research. Most people aren't going to have easy access to brain surgeons, a MRI facility, or willing volunteers.

Like what the amazing atheist says, " It's not Atheism if you are forcing it onto another person like religion, Atheism is when one uses their logic and proves it for themselves."

I believe we use every part at different times, so when we're being creative and drawing we use a different part then when we use while we drive an automobile. I think that would be the logic behind why we cant use more then say 10% at a time, because the other 90% aren't designed for that specific process. My theory, which is based on logic but nothing scientific or factual.

well then does anyone know exactly or close to how much of our brain we actually use?100% of our brains are active 100% of the time (barring concussions or death).
It's just that different parts are more active than others. For example, you might have the speech center of your brain running full-blast, but the visual section barely doing anything.

You don't have to do extensive research. Just use Google and find a trustworthy site.
The first result I found on Google was this, and it seems pretty trustworthy. Plus, there are a ton of sites which say the same thing. At that point, it's okay to believe that it's true.
