Extreme weight loss

So... I started my diet 4 days ago, I have been taking an average of 400-600 calories per day my metabolism or bmr, is 2157 and I exercise three times a day. YES 3 times,i use a resistance bike from kettler at level 6 resistance(which in 'y opinion is pretty damn tough) I do about 30 mins of it each session and I burn roughly 900 calories after the whole day on workout alone, the food i take is as the following : tuna and onions with apple cider vinegar for lunch, and mixed tomatoes, button mushrooms and an egg for dinner, for snacks I eat oatmeal roughly 4\8th cup when mixed with water and milk. I don't drink water, instead I drink tea, a jug enough to make let's say.... 5litres? So far Ive seen explosive results, (losing a pound a day) but how long do you think I can keep it up? I have 2 months of holidays and my goal is to burn at least 14 pounds, can anyone please give suggestions of different diets and comments? Please note that I have 2 months so if you have a diet which burns 14 pounds n 2 months I'd happily use it.
(comment, post, suggest and I will rep if I find it useful! )

Also begging people to post on your topic isn't a good look, they gonna treat you badly for that.I'm not sure where In This am I begging, if anything it's asking for comments, opinions and suggestion, I can be a little bit desperate, but not to the point where I beg and worthlessly lose my pride.

im talking about your previous post when this was on SD but somehow it doesn't show up here and like what Shinzu said this's more of a S&F topic and i would recommend the mods to move it to that section but then i see you made your choice of where you want to put this on...

Well first of all....you take all the hostess products you can find...
And shove them in your mouth.
Whats there to lose. They're going out of business anyway.

I guess I'll take a shot at constructive feedback.
You should probably think more long term than short term. You cannot continue that diet for the rest of your life, and you would be only depriving yourself of the nutrition you need. You most likely being male means you need even more calories than a female, and I eat way more than you and I still lose 1-3lbs a week.
If you just did a normal work out routine (mixing it up of course) and ate a sensible diet, you'd still see results, and you'd probably feel a lot better too because your body is getting what it needs.
You can eat anything you want, but with everything there's moderation, so keep things that are a treat as a treat. Eat normal serving sizes, eat frequently to keep your metabolism running and exercise regularly and you've got your weight loss there.

Spoiler:
Good luck trying to avoid the temptation of holiday dinners. You might want to report this and send it to the sports and fitness section, this is IB so don't expect serious answers.
Here's some suggestions:
- Add weights to your routine.
- Enroll into a group cycling class at your local rec center or gym. That shit is crazy, it's a guaranteed 10 lbs off your body. When your are in a group you tend to push more compared to doing it solo.
- Try implementing a hobby into your routine so it won't seem like work or become boring. For example: martial arts, jogging, wall climbing, sports, or weight lifting. The more you associate an interest, the more likely you will maintain a regular fit lifestyle.
Seriously do it.
