ohhh.....what course is it? O.o sounds like a coursework-based one for you >.< but I see...that'd be tricky...*nods* I'm not sure if there are any sussex-based cosplay group, sorry >.< but if I do know someone who is organising something nearby, I can keep you posted! ^0^ I've never been to any cosplay picnics before (apart from one that was straight after a con but that felt like part of the con xD) but I'm organising one for next weekend! So far there are more than 20 people who confirm that they will attend... O.O umm, and the performance isn't anything big, haha ^^' It's just a dance performance to anime tunes or J-pop tunes...^^' For the Shuffle cosplay, I cosplayed as Asa since I had a wig green wig from a Gumi outfit which I am planning for October! I'm very excited for the Gumi cosplay!!! <3 She's my other favourite vocaloid! >w< yumyummm!! <3 (but my Asa cosplay wasn't very accurate....i forgot to bring a red ribbon for the hair that day T__T but oh well, I only wore the outfit for less than 2 hours xD) Hahahah pleaseee don't cosplay as L. It's soooo overcosplayed! It's not even a cool cosplay, like Naruto or Miku ^^' (no offence to L...) but hey, guys in suits are hawt, why not go for it ^0^ xD
hahah woow! many questions! I applied for SOAS to do japanese studies...but that fell though as they were looking for AAB and I got....*mumbles* BBC [/h]... LOL eugh, I fecked up big time to a point that it's not even funny!! xD eugh...all I can say is "eughhh" xD But I might go through clearing... I'll see. I really wanted a gap year anyway. I know the fees are a lot higher next year but I really feel like I need a break. But I'll see...*nods* >.<
It's Law. Yeah, Law. Lmao, it's been a lot of time since I last heard the word "coursework"! It was a happier time. Well, I have a lot of tutorial work to do, as well as an essay and three exams to revise for in January. In fact, when you go to Uni, you'll quickly thank having an essay to do, rather than an exam. Trust me on that one when you go to Uni.
I doubt it, as Sussex isn't exactly the same sort of place as London. We have anime fans (just like myself) but we hide under the woodwork, forever lurking...forever watching. Thanks for that, but I'll be moving up to Stoke in October for University. Please let me know though.
Haha, that must've been a very busy cosplay picnic! Oh really? How do you get the message out about these picnics, or do you talk to people at conventions, become friendly and then say that you're organising a picnic? Where is that one based? ; P Not stalking, it's just that it might be the right-side of London (near me, in other words). I see; still cool though. How many people were in the routine?
Yes! Asa was my favourite out of all the characters, as she had the least wrong with her. i.e. Not crazy, split personality. Not to worry about the red ribbon though; the thought's what counts. Gumi eh? She's my least known Vocaloid; I've hardy listened to any of her songs. I prefer Luka personally...she's the naughtiest of the Vocaloids.
But yeah, I had a feeling that L would be cosplayed to death. Besides...I'm too manly to cosplay him XP Well, I could just turn up in any suit and proclaim to be cosplaying Lunge...as we have similar hair styles! All I need to do is twiddle my fingers (if you've watched Monster, you'll know) and then I'm golden.
SOAS? I don't know that Uni...but Japanese studies? Why am I not surprised?! Just so you know, you'll probably be covering more than just anime, I do hope you realise this if you do take it though clearing. Ouch. That...was brutal. Sorry to hear that drastic change of predicted to actual grades. Well, I would highly recommend that you do go though clearing...the first year of Uni isn't too much hardwork. It's keeps your mindset right and you can relax a bit. If only more people realised it...
