[Locked] FAKKU Café v3

I think I finally figured out the main difference between how I see the game and how Waar does. It's been pretty obvious from at least the second reset, but somehow I never looked at it the right way despite Waar himself pretty much pointing this out. For Waar the game is for his own amusement, I have always seen the game as something for all of Fakku, where it should not matter at all who exactly is keeping the game and the list going, just that there is someone keeping track of the claims.
