The video section was taken down and it's forbidden to upload H-videos (anime) because of the C&D and only select subbers can upload.

A cease and desist letter (also known as a C & D letter) is a legal letter that instructs a person, group, or organization to discontinue an action or program of actions that have been deemed harmful to another person, group, or organization. To “cease and desist” literally means to “stop.” Generally, a cease and desist letter is issued by a legal authority. Animes/H-animes that was licensed or has a chance to be licensed in the US are the ones that are forbidden to be uploaded. (haven't confirmed that yet, but there's some vids on the Others section, so...)
But if it's a fan-made/doujin type H-video, I think it belongs to the Others section.

Okay... didn't know that. I was looking to upload the H-video "Sexfriend", since I rediscovered my DVD for it, and didn't see it anywhere and a lot of people said it was one of their favorite Hentai movies of all time.......

It's kinda old news that Jacob got fed up of the C&D notices on his mails and then took the video section down along with the anime uploads.
He won't get it for an indefinite period of time until he finds a solution to that problem. People likes to apparently upload licensed contents. -___-
