Take your time. Since there's a lot of Touhou freaks that would spam lots of things that you don't even have any idea about.
Still, they made lots of good games, which made me a hooked with it. You may want to play some of the games to get some background about what they're talking about~

I have the Touhou Bullet Hell games, mainly because I like playing Bullet Hells but they are in japanese so I have no idea what the story is behind any of them.
