I use a Cinia deck. 50% of the cards have 'Cinia' in their name (and hence I have 'Cinia' synergy spells) and the other half are mostly rare cards.

I have two versions, one without many rares, other with rares, I can show you if you want me to.

Yeah, I play Academy lol. You can ask advices about Darklore if you want, too. Though likewise Cinia cards, Iri cards are good too. I know from experience that Sword Giri Iri can always put up a good fight when used.

Currently I'm not actively playing, I'm just afk all the time and do other stuff. But I do play a few times, just not hardcore grinding. But when I usually do play 'normally like I used to'... I do dungeons more than PvP (AKA, Fight), because I have so many accessories, but lack the Dungeon materials. It depends on what I lack to craft cards, basically.

For starters when playing Darklore, get a good D.rare if you can. Or a rare follower. They significantly boost chances of winning battles (especially dungeon matches).
