the law here is really vague, it has to have what the court finds as "artistic value" which stray pictures of nudity and/or sexual acts don't fit this, further more sharing of said thing is illegal as well and can land you 5-10 years in prison, stories seems to convince the court of artistic value and that alone as save some people from the slammer.

Another reason why PC's are better. Just take your PC apart and ditch the tower, when you get to the states, just buy a new tower and build it back together. They won't go through the trouble of hooking up your hard drive to search it. A laptop, its much easier to search since its all there. xP

Though obviously you would do that if you were moving, since taking the whole tower is a hassle, just saying xD

...actually with a laptop, you have the option of deleting the traces of the items once on there, besides it's actually illegal to have your computer searched without probable cause, I have some nice tools to make things simple...not exist XD, but if they have a reason to search, they will search, laptop, tower, hard drive, if they have a reason to, your getting a full shake down with not letup

@cinia: depends, if you have stories and actually plot with your loli stuff, then they MIGHT be safe, but 3D pictures, stray pictures, and or random sex stuff, may want to delete it. Side note, traps that look like lolis get a much safer pass then loli stuff do

lol sorry but they won't tell you if they are using that act...if your connected online, they can just search it remotely, but police and such like that need clearance, besides the government views that as a state problem not a fed, so if they find your stash (or more like when they do) if it doesn't make them believe your a terrorist, then they don't care
