Ah, I've been there plenty of times. From experience, you'll want yourself a hobby that's quick access to. I keep a small drawing pad on me and sketch when I'm bored and away from the house.

[color=#ff69b4]Gaming, anime and reading are my hobby's, but when i'm in a piss poor mood i don't feel like doing them. I wanted someone to talk too so i could keep my mind off it but that never happen, and so now i'm in a bad mood, and i'm going to be like this for a few days.

Well I would try and keep you company if not for differing time zones. Honestly talking or even just listening to a person helps me get my mind off things. But you know, when you're in a bad mood you should try and act like your happy, smile and laugh to yourself and usually the actual feeling itself follows. I believe my cousin summed it up as "Thought creates emotion"
