Current way of Humanity is dead end.

Honestly, someone needs to beat Humanity under one nation, one banner. Hell, beat down to one language and religion of you must.

Were pretty much fragmented all over the place.

Also, greed is in our blood. Unless we fix it we will be fucked. Population is only growing and it will be a matter of time when we run out of resource.

Maybe not in our lifetime.

[color=#993300]But what prevents us from fixing the world's problems in the now? The way I see it, though we are by nature self-serving that doesn't mean that we can't change the world in one full sweep. But as we are now, I agree, we are doomed to fail. We don't utilize all our resources and to the best of our ability. What's stopping us? Denial and greed. But this doesn't mean we should simply unite under one rule. If so, we'd all think the same way, consider the same possibilities, and limit the way of thought. We need diversity for success.

And the same diversity will doom us all. We can't fix the problems with the system that is broken to begin with. Conflicts rise from diffrence and diversity. Under one, there is no mayor diffrence to begin with. Might sound bollocks, but no other choice is available yet. Humanity is too raw, imperfect.

[color=#993300]The problem that arises from diversity is not from diversity itself, but rather the close-mindedness that is associated with it. Conflicts come from 2 things, either greed or misunderstanding, with conflicts from differences in culture being sourced from the latter. I do agree on a united government, but rather something that can run similarly to the UN but on a more political scale with certain countries having more power than others. The problem arises from that we have a tendency to be to lenient on government control.

Probably the main source of all of this though, is the sheer size of the world's population. Small groups are incredibly, almost horrifically efficient. Look at military squads and small business. They are the most productive units we can think of, especially if composed of like-minded individuals focused towards the same goal. If it were up to me, I'd prefer to make my own small country for the reason of research. Nothing can get done in this world, as people will always find ways to complain. People love nothing more than to bitch.

The drive and passion will lead us to the goal.
