I have a theory on that.

It could be because we as a milieu are considered as outsiders and wish to see our hobbies respected as any other, and thus try to enforce among us a certain...self regulation. A community that cures itself, like many others on the internet, but here exacerbated by this social stigmatisation.

So we autoregulate ourselves. So we are "sane" as a community. Sort of.

Also we like being reasonable. Speaking for myself.

Draw skills. Its good as long it goes technical drawing. But damn, im lazy bastard, i got places where to get tips, but too lazy to utilize the resource
