I'm wondering if i should try Dark Souls out. I hated Demons Souls but maybe i should give the series one more chance.

Its the same concept as Demon Souls, if you didn't like that one you won't like Dark Souls

Well it took me forever just to get through playing the first level after a million retries, just some of the cheap fucking traps that killed me just pissed me off. And "angry and foaming from the mouth" that was definitely me. It was the only time since i was a kid where i almost broke a game it was pissing me off so bad. I had the disc in my hands going to snap it in half but my brain was telling how much i just spent on it and that's when i stopped because i wasn't enjoying myself anymore.

Well, you must kill Smough first, then ornstein.

Then you can buy his armor at the trader that you met in the sewers. I dont remember his name atm. He relocated to firelink shrine, under the bridge. You must jump to get there though.
