Actually, while I may not be a botanist or a licensed doctor, I am an e-psycologist with experience. Does the panic happen every time you look down towards your feet?
I believe that two psychologists at the same time are better than one.

Also CO2, does it happen in cold water or warm water? Does someone watch you shower? Could you record yourself showering during one of these said panic attacks?
