I honestly just think people say this kinda stuff to make themselves sound more intellectual. Like "Oh look at me, such juvenile attempts to hold my interest are beneath me." While they don't take a glance at the shows intent.

hmmm a good point. but think about it this way, in the scale of how ecchi a show is, Queen's Blade is in the top like 1 percent. DxD is in the top 10 percent. Though its still lower then Queen's Blade, its more ecchi then 90 percent of all other shows
