Luin, have you played OR/AS yet? Look, I finally make an appearance in the pokemon world :o

Plus for a long time my nickname had been "Lizzy" back then, makes a somewhat silly resemblance...

Europe.... what an underdeveloped continent... Everything's so late....Not everything. We've had a few things earlier as well.

Everything's late because they release them in every country with 7 different language options instead of just the language for the respective country it's shipped to.

That's no different in the other regions either, though.America only has it in English though, and since there's no difference in PAL/NTSC any more with HD being 60fps I assumed that was the only thing holding up our releases.
It used to be that they had to convert everything to 50fps for us because for some reason we were behind on that.

Why would they have only English if even Japan has all languages? At least that's how it was in X and Y...

Well each region has it's own unique version. Japanese games are only in Japanese for example. There's 3 regions games come in NTSC, PAL and NTSC-J.

edit:

As with X and Y, the games will include all official translations, unlike previous generations where each game contained only a single language.

Well, it might be different now. I don't pay attention much to world wide release dates any more. A few years ago though this was the case and I remember that the many EU languages played a bit part.

I don't know why we get it a week later this time, unlike the simultaneous worldwide release of X and Y, but as added in the edit in my previous post, all versions of OR/AS have all languages again.
