Been working lots... >_>. I was scheduled to work a 6th day today, but I am not sure if I'll be needed.

Well.... its complicated. The only reason they wanted me to work this 6th day, was to assist in the training of a new employee (who from my opinion is dumb and will need lots of time to get things right, but then again I hold ppl to my expectations and make almost no errors, seriously. I don't think she can ever be at my level, ergo there's no point in bothering to train her, she might even just quit from all the pressure)

annyyways... she called out last night, and the manager said the day before that if I trained her enough and I felt she could handle things on her own tonight, that I wouldn't need to come in. Unfortunately since the trainee called out yesterday, she got no training so obviously tonight she can't do shit >_>. But if she also calls out tonight, then I shouldn't need to come in, right?

Right, I guess. Why is it your job to train her anyway?

No clue, really, no clue. Maybe cuz they asked me to and I said okay, whatever. Maybe cuz they know I don't make mistakes and my customer service skills are graded at a 9/10 based off my past few reviews. I really don't know, nor care. All I know is the minutes they try to tell me off that I messed up training, or that I didn't train her right I am more then ready to expose the fact that I am not the official trainer, that I have no title that designates me train others so they should promote me/give me a raise first, then tell me how to do my job cause right now my job isn't really to train people.

It sounds like they think something of you though. Especially with those scores.

Perhaps you're right, cuz I seem to be one of the only people that knows what they're doing.... >_> Kinda wish I did have a title etc, that way I could write up all the people on all the errors I've seen and I am not talking personal issues/errors etc I am talking about legit errors by others cuz they neglected to fully read the specific instructions on the account. We're supposed to be a customized company so all every account can have different instructions, hence attention to detail is a must. I can't even count how often I see errors made and its not my job to point them out, I've already been "talked too" about telling others what to do >_>.
