If I mahe it Forumwide you'd end up with a person you probably didnt know exists
If you can opt into one or more pools, you could at least limit the people you'll be gifting to ones in the same Subforum-Pool

you can push the deadline to next monday if it goes to front page, giving more time for people to sign up
