Not allowed to have our phones at all, its a write up if we are discovered with our phones on us. I"ve already told my subordinates countless times, don't let me catch you with your phones on you/out.

i have never been caught with it.

it is against company policy to have it on you and we can get in trouble for it.

with us it more like, we get a verbal warning and then a written warning and then your sacked, not unless its something big then your sacked

or if you get along with the managers as they tend not mind some of the small things as long as you don't mess around and do your work
