And you're right, Germany, Bavaria about 100km from Munich.

i have been thinking of buying car next year or near the end of this year, been thinking of a golf or scirocco

Those are nice cars, especially the Scirocco.
Here in Germany the insurance for a Golf is quite high, because so many youngsters drive one.

it is a bit similar here.

i am more inclined towards the Scirocco

it why am waiting for next here when i should have 2 years of no-claim bonus.
and hopefully a business, insuring a car under business address is cheaper then then a house. plus if the business goes well i can quit my job.

plus a few dealership run offers every now and then where they give you one year free insurance.
