I was not able to quite find a list of coutries liek that, but I did find the list of Current reigning monarchs by length of reign.

Are you serious? There was an American show about people who are royalty in there native land coming to America to marry a girl. ô.o
I think there's still current royalty's around. I don't think everyone has presidents but kings and queens!

America is a new country but the ones with records and long histories dating back to b.c. probably have something of a hierarchy or at least a longer bloodline going. Not sure if money counts...I mean, as long as they are in the history books and were part of the people that were "in control" of their perspective nation then I think that and support from fellow "families of power" would have them at the top in the countries eyes.

If you could make decisions about an entire country I think so.

You obviously haven't spoken to many of us lol
There's quite a few of us in England who don't give a crap about the royals.
Especially when they get so much media attention just for getting spotted in public.
