There was a Golf in a dealer near here but it was awaiting inspection so must be a new arrival.

focus is a nice car, personal i prefer the golf, but they are very popular with driver around my age so is the leon.

one of my mate wants buy a BMW one series.

they said quite lot cars are terrible but most are ok for the average users, top gear always had a dislike for vauxhall, but they did use one for their reasonably priced car.

plus i have astra at the moment and it is fine.

what you should is go to dealerships and ask for a test drive.

my mate who wants a one series, went to buy one today and found out they have stiff steering.

Oh yeah I'll test drive anything before I buy it.

also since top gear tested the cars, the car marker have improved on the cars so it my have terrible when the first tested it but now it may have gotten better

I want an automatic though if I can. Fuck always changing gear cause of traffic where I live and winding roads.

i like being able to change gears on winding roads, as long as i know the road is clear, can get.

i do what you mean when you stuck in traffic and having to go into first all the time and having to press the clutch, once got stuck on the motorway for 3-4 hours and my feet was hurting from the clutch.

As well as killing your left foot I always find (after a few years) you'll be fighting like shit to get it into reverse.

you sure thats not because your gearbox is getting old and need of replacing or your clutch wearing down and needing a new one.

I had this with my previous car too.

on my previous car never had this issue, but with my astra i do sometime have trouble getting into reverse, i found that my letting the clutch go and starting over again works, also pumping the clutch helps as it means the clutch fluids move around.

Yeah that's what I have to do, it is tedious though when you need to do it quickly because of other cars waiting for you.

i find it does happen more when you need to do it quickly and are in a rush.
