I wouldn't say broken, it works exactly as intended, but definitely often misused.

I wouldn't say broken, it works exactly as intended, but definitely often misused.I mean the old one is good enough and hard to abused, since you could only rep once per day, so you'll use them carefully(if rep is meaningful to u)~

It did stop for a while last year, but the last 6 months has started again. Probably once of twice a month I get a load in one like today.

hmm, I've never notice thread 1st post, but from what I know personal post is rarely abused in this section or in other, but in LB, probably it was abused a lot~

The new system has actually helped a bit with that. Since you can only rep a post once now, they can't keep -repping the first post for days. The first page sees some abuse in return, though.
