one of the squirtle was CP300+ and took 1 razz berry and 1 greatball and the other squirtle was only CP62 and took 2 razz berry and 7 normal pokeball, it kept on escaping

not sure why some pokemon are locked to certain countries, not unless they want people to go to other countries to catch pokemon, with them being locked people who want to catch them all can't catch them all, not unless they get lucky and hatch one from a egg.
