1 Nose is stuffed up, so I can't fully utilize my machine if I can't get all the air I need, can't sleep without said machine or else I just keep waking up every so often and I'll just be even more tired.

I got my fwuffy bunny jacket today~

I could go for almost anything that isn't super girly like shoujo but does have some sexy women in it. I like shounen, seinen, action, ecchi, romance (that isn't super girly), psychological, drama, and so on.

Also, I have probably heard of or read most of the major super popular stuff so recommending something likek One Piece is just too obvious. Sorry if thats a pain

My dislike for One Piece would never allow me to recommend it, don't worry. :P

Well, one of my latest favorites would be Shinozaki-san Ki wo Ota Shika ni!, not sure how much you'd like it, though. Dragons Rioting might fit your tastes. A few others maybe: Clockwork Planet, Ashitaba-san Chi no Mukogurashi, Sore wa Totsuzen, Unmei no Aite ga, Itoshi no Kana.
