I hate working in sales. I wanna work the back and be away from people/customerssss~ uuuck but I always put on a confident persona cause I want a job but woman go nuts around me its uncomfortable working with crazy woman as bosses/managers to say the least. Not all are kooks but majority I have worked with thus far. And maybe one guy now that I think about it -thinks- (-.-) hmm not really any still

I just need work. But Everytime I get hired they keep trying very hard to pay me in pennies growing up. I didn't know the minimum wage changed so slithering snakes would hire me then I would ask or see what the emoloyee's were getting payed but I be hired for like quarters. I put 7 a few years ago on paper because I didn't know it changed to 8 and I was hired but then I asked for 9 like everyone else. But thy would still be disgusting and question me like I'm not worth the money and I got fired from this place. I hate Spanish people anyway it was Spanish people this one place. Then the next place was Chinese and now I'm finally learned about wage and my worth as an employee which is still shit lol but companies are snakes. Even people no doubt from experience.

all manager and bosses care about is numbers, they don't care if you are nice, all they want from is cheap labour and high sale and wants us to do jobs of 5 different people.

I don't care. I'm still gonna find a new job for slightly hirer shitty pay. I didn't say those fucks would hire me if I smiled but it's part of getting the job. They want happy help. Basic interview stuff. Smile while they rape your wallet!
