I guess it was easier to give it to everyone who was a member at the time than waste time going through the game data. :D

Might not have been the only update. As said, a new book was added to the books page under the profiles as well. And there may have been other updates that are not immediately visible, but could have improved the site code somehow or taken care of some bugs, known to us or not.
