I don't know what you mean luin =P

can't really milk the time, when you call out sick, they use your sick time (which I have none left: you only accumulate like 3 days a year and the new year started not to long ago) so they then use my vacation time, and no I can't just say I'll take an unpaid sick day off, they take my vacation time away in place of the sick time....
