A bit tricky, yes. Centaur no Nayami would probably be even worse for that, though. Especially the more absurd chapters.

It would be tricky to follow the manga exactly so they'd have to change it quite a bit.

Wasn't Yuyushiki OP/ED by them as well?

That was in another series by them. Since they shifted to employing mostly vocaloid producers now to do their music now and went under new ownership late last year.
