I need assistance ;-;

Boss said she wanted to talk to me tomorrow and asked my thoughts on 3 questions, but then left, so I guess I am expected to respond to these questions tomorrow. No idea what's going on or if these questions are supposed to be like a test or something....

1. What do you see your position with "company"?
2. What are your intentions with the "Department I work in and am a Supervisor of"
3. Do you see yourself or want to be in a take charge position?

Sounds like you'll be the boss next. :D

Would have no idea what to say myself, though...

I don't know what those questions are meant to judge on, I mean, I am already a supervisor and there's not much else I can go. I mean they could consider me running the dept but that's a bit too much to expect imo

No experience with such things whatsoever here either, sadly...

We'll see. Main reason I proposed Monday as the deadline was exactly that I could use the weekend in case I needed more time.

You don't get much of a weekend do you sometimes.
