replay old ones, thats what i do but then again i hardly play now, managed to go a full year without turning my ps3 on, one of the reason why i don't want to buy a ps4, before the ps3 had wii managed spend 2 year without turning that on. went to turn the wii on ayear back and found that it had problems reading disc, thought the drive was broken, looked on ebay for the disc drive part and on the net to swap and decided it was to much of a hassle to do it.But a few days ago i decide to look at replacing it and looked on you tube to see how and found a video that showed that their are 2 metal tabs/plate that sometime bend inwards which cause issue for reading the disc and they can be fixed by pulling outward. the video showed using a steak knife to do it, and now my wii works
Gaming and F/Skype are all I have though. I'll get a PS4 next year.
Get a PS Camera too!!
Me and Shaman can have lewd/fun video chats :D

I do want a PS4 but i also see it as a waste of money at the moment as the online games i follow are the need for speed, killzone and devil may cry, but i can't justify spending £350/£400 on a console that i am likely to buy 2-3 games, had my ps3 for 3-4 years spend £300 and it came with 6 games bought 3 games for it i only played out 5 out of the nine i have but i hardly play nowI only have 6 games for my PS3 but if I want any new ones then I'll need a PS4 since that's the current system. I only go for single player games.

am just thinking of saving my money and just build a high end PC, and see if the games come to pc or i can just get a emulator for them

Also using a PC for gaming requires constant parts upgrading.

was thinking of spending around 1/1.5k to build it, from what i worked out i can make one with i7 for £700 leaving the reset for the GPU, by running to 2 GPU (sli) it can have the power to run emulator at distant quality and will not need to upgrade for some time

Plus ISO filesize.

not sure, quick google search has given emulators for both PS3 and PS4 but unsure if they are stable.
But the the make up of the xbone and PS4 is similar to PC now and so is the coding for games so more and more games are being ported to PC by the dev's so i will look to see if the games i want will be on PC and see how the emulators are when closer to when i have the money to build a PC, that why i can either go down the route of spending the money on a PC or just spend less on the PC and just buy a PS4, am not that much of a gamer to a £200 GPU will do for me and can just spend £800 or so on a PC instead of 1/1.5k
getting of to sleep now, would like to stay but got a sort of a early start and can't get up at 12 like normal

At first i thought i would simple replace the drive but after finding out that there's about 30 or so screws that need to come (both cross head and triwing screws) i just fuck to much hassle, hardly anyone plays it now, just might as well upgrade it to wii u in the future. But then last year so a news post about nintendo nx.
So i thought buying a 2nd hand one, but you can't transfer any games bought from the nintendo store. You need to ring them and get them to do it. After looking on youtube i came across a video that showed it may not be the disc drive at fault.
It showed that when you insert a disc, there are 2 metal tabs/plate that pop up and can bend inwards.
So the advice was to put a disc in that you don't need, let the tab pop up, unplug the power cord and use a steak knife to gripe the ptab and pull them outwards

My brother once looked that up as well so I did know about it, but somehow never bothered with actually doing that. Nice to have confirmation it actually works, though, makes me feel more at ease with trying it as well.
Still no Wii U here either...

The wii is mainly played with the wii fit.
Plus by the kids, so i didn't see the need to upgrade. Might get the nx after it gets announced and seeing what type of console it is

The Zelda games seem to be everyone's favorites on my Wii, so fixing it seems necessary enough. That, or upgrading to a Wii U. Well, so far I'm only interested in Super Mario 3D World for that one, though, so buying it for just one game might not be the best idea. If the next generation is, as usual, backwards compatible, might as well skip the Wii U as well. Of course, in the end I'd need the money for one first in any case. :D

I also like the zelda games. Its also the same for, will need to get the money for it
Its the same with the ps4 as there only 1 or 2 games that i will play on it, so i do not see the need to pay £400 for something that i will hardly play

The lack of support for the Wii U is rather disappointing. The big gamepad actually makes it the best console for western RPGs as it can easily support the usual big number of abilities you'd have on quickbars on a PC.
