If you go to fakku or some 18+ site (from Indo ofc), the internet IP will redirect you to internet positif webpage.
I think some perv wants to moe-fy it like Windows-tan or else.

I don't particularly afraid of em (Ipo-chan). They do half-assed job by sorting only popular 18+ sites. Obscure/unpopular sites are still untouched
