well if you think about it, whether people admit to it or not the sweetest thing people experience isn't just love, its the misery of others. Even if people don't admit it, deep down part of your psyche inherently makes you feel good when you realize you have it better than someone else. And if times are harder for the person it makes it even more satisfying to know you're better off than someone else still. Even more so if the other person is someone you don't care about or that you hate.

of course most people will simply claim they feel sorry for the people or pity them, but deep down part of them feels relieved.

Humans are such fascinating creatures. despite our mind telling us something is wrong, we can still find pleasure in it o.o

Because we humans are flawed by design.

Absolute perfection is unobtainable.

I found my peace by accepting my faults.

The reason you assume perfection is unabtainable is because you find things that you consider "faults" you have accepted them as such and claim unperfection.

but just like beauty, or even the concept of what is right or wrong, they are merely subjects of the human mind, we create excuses, find "flaws" simply so we cannot accept perfection. Just because people aren't similar to others we call them flaws, but why consider them flaws? its because if everything or everyone was flawless we would have nothing to strive for, no goal to reach, nothing to "work towards".

People these days seem to rate people or themselves based off of how many "flaws" they have, but i think people simply use that to try and find a reason to claim they are better than others.
