Just a quick question. Ye with the ~desu after everything. If you've ever said it in real life, you don't pronounciate the 'u' do you? I had a buddy who used to (cause he wanted to run off and learn Japanese, like the nerd he is) and it irritated the fuck out of me. He didn't believe me until his college professor (Who also taught the japanese class he was in, corrected him)

Honestly, it's just a pet peeve of mine, wanted to ask. :p

yes i was taught it was just *des* although spelled desu

The correct pronouncation is just "des~" doesnt have the "u", even if there is a "su", the "u" is not pronounced.
