You dont divorce your waifus automatically. They stay yours and then you add to your harem. That's how I see it.

This is already how I see the current setup with multiple waifu. Took me quite a while to even claim more than one until I came upon that excuse. Also the reason why I keep myself of one per source, which keeps me from the bonus claim this time around.
