That's something I was thinking when you link that game,I was thinking the more rarer the girl the more sexy you get.
So, ofc you're gonna get loli for a little bit. If you don't want to grind don't play Waifu games.

At the beginning it says "choose your partner" and shows three ships. All three are lolis. If you gonna have that kind of choice you give a variety of character types.
Also, I've seen several comments online of people saying Azur Lane is especially heavy on the loli
