tried troubleshooting through windows boot, but still didn't fix/resolve it

Might really be time for a new PC, then. Or it may still just be the HDD, seeing how being unable to read it can cause problems with anything that needs to do so.

Nu money for that right now....
I haven't gotten any error messages about the HDDs though, since I took out the failing one.

can be faulty RAM, could be heating, faulty sensor

I get the blue screen error, some error code with lots of 0's
I think one issue is heating issue, got a message at start up about high temp, but no clue if its causing this other error
