i can't remember if talked about having minimum letter count on the game

plus is the forum time wrong for everyone else.
am set to UTC 0 but forum is showing 5:22am but it should be 13:22

No there's no limit on letters.

Shows correct time for me. Might be a problem specific to the 0 timezone, then, looks like it's for some reason using the likely server timezone instead.

Had this problem once before with just UK timezones. Why does America hate us so much.

Looks like the new setting for turning off popular chapters being shown between new ones on the first page has screwed up some others, just complained about getting topic reply notifications myself despite having these turned off.
