The worst English I've seen comes mostly from Italians or French. Sometimes also Swedes, strangely enough.

depends on the game
FFXIV
has 3 data centres
america
EU
and asia
with in the data centre are server and the are open to all
they are not set to region
so in the EU data centre there are 8 servers
i do find overall the french are the worst to play with
there some nice one and good ones
