an artist probably sent a take down notice
i notice with a few image host and porn tube sites
is that they do not care what you upload
until a copyright holder sends a take down notice
and threatens them with legal action than they start
to send warnings and bans out

Any artists not wanting their stuff shared send a note to danbooru to take it down before you can ave it.
