Wouldn't quite say so, although there are better series this season. Reminds me a bit of a mix of Asobi Asobase and Chio-chan no Tsuugakuro.

That whole character looks bad enough that I mostly just try to ignore her anyway. The fantasies tend to look quite good, though, so that helps to keep it from becoming "terrible" for me. That, and the third girl being cute. *nods*
