That doesn't mean much, really. Description didn't convince me, so it didn't make it to my plans, that's all. Had enough other things to watch last season as well. And even with this season having surprisingly few plans, that just means I can try to clear some of the 2019 backlog, maybe even get around to the legendary stalled season of summer 2016.

Also, the OP and first episode made no attempt to tell me "hey, keep watching, there will be a cute meganekko once you get through the first 10-13 episodes"
