Well, Russia has already been thrown out, so there will be no exact repeat of 2016, but Ukraine is certainly already considered one of the favorites just because of the support they're getting due to the war.

Thought Russia was not thrown out as Eurovision said they will stay neutral and not get involved in the political matter.
