Busy enough. And had to ask the client for a bit more time due to one troublesome file.

What was the issue?

Well, PDF files are bad source files in any case, but this one became partially unworkable after converting it into a Word file due to some troublesome, if nice looking formatting in some places. Takes a lot more time to do everything without a translation program and make sure all the text gets translated and the client understands what goes where.

So you can't just translate it from the PDF?

PDF files can't be simply edited, sadly.

Oh so you don't just re-type it out in the other language?

Well, that's mostly what I'm doing right now, but it's more difficult with drawings, for example, where I need to make sure it's understandable where a given line belongs. Usually by copying the image and placing the text in text boxes at the correct places. Which takes time.
