So..... I might have a 2nd job now???

I went to this place to inquire about an available position(weekends)
After filling out the application, the guy asked me some questions, then explained the job and also explained all the benefits stuff (which I thought was a bit odd since I am don't have the job yet)
He then said that he has people sit with a current employee for 10 hours and asks when I can do that, so tomorrow I'll be sitting in with someone for 10 hours....

Do I have a 2nd job now???? I haven't signed any paperwork and I am sure I won't get paid for those 10 hours since I'll just be watching the person and seeing how the job is, but still confused.

Similar to last job, but for a guard service.

Hours are a problem though... weekends, 12 hours.
Meaning Friday after I get out of current job, I only have 2.5 hours and when I get off Monday morning at 6am I have to be at current job by 9am

Well... I haven't been hired yet right? So I can just tell them I am not available that weekend.

Depends how understanding they are.

Or tell them I am not able to start working till after that weekend xD
I plan to just tell them I won't be in town, so I can't work that weekend regardless.
