Also, for quite some time, the OP of that anime has been bothering me... not in a bad way, but I couldn't quite figure it out till now.

The percussion, during the main/first verse of Dai-Guard (along with other shows no doubt) is so spot on to 2nd part of the first verse and the chorus of said anime
