Not really, if you just wanna ignore him all you need to do is train yourself to tune him out whenever hes around, or perhaps have a friend of yours speak with him on your behalf.

If a girl likes me, but I don't like her back? Well, that's happened to me before, and what I usually do is just act oblivious to the whole thing. If that doesn't work, I fall back on (while it may seem a bit harsh and/or rude) just [trying to] avoid them and sitting/walking away from them... That doesn't really always work though.
I would say to just act oblivious to his "moves", and hopefully, eventually, he'll get the point.

In my opinion, I don't think there's any reason to pretend to be oblivious of the guy's feelings. If he can't take no for an answer, that's his problem. Just go along with your daily routine like you usually do. He'll eventually back off...unless he turns out to be a creepy stalker, in which case, reporting to the authorities would be best.
